Terrible services incompetent phlebotomist. The phlebotomist assigned couldn't take blood spam after 3 jabs on my left arm and 1 on my right. He requested rescheduling. Since it was urgent requested for today. the phlebotomist assigned was on leave but they didn't call to inform. no one turned up. I fasted twice. i called up they are asking for rescheduling. i needed urgent. i have been inconvenienced but their terrible service and incompetence. Please avoid using this Redcliffe Labs
I had a frustrating experience with Redcliffe Labs. I had booked an appointment for today, Sunday 22nd March from 9 to 10. They had confirmed the appointment and shared the details of the phlebotomist who was assigned this duty and asked to fast for 10 hours. Till 5 am in the morning they sent the message that it was confirmed. After waiting till 10 am when I reach out to them customer service mentions that the person cannot come to collect the blood sample as he has to sent to somewhere else and his bike broke down. Hence asking me to reschedule the appointment. I mean really, should I take this crap reason for real!
