Received this ice cream tub today, and the quality is not good. The surface has visible ice crystals and the texture shows that it has melted and been refrozen. Because of this, it doesn’t feel safe or fresh to eat. Please look into this issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Ordered From Zomato(Not helpful)
We had an amazing time at Naturals Ice Cream. The ice creams are made with natural ingredients, and the flavors are just phenomenal. We tried the Spicy Guava, Mango, and Lichi, and each was a burst of authentic, refreshing taste creamy & perfectly balanced. The staff is super friendly, and service is quick even when it’s crowded. The vibe at Baani Square is lively, though seating is limited. Highly recommend these unique flavors! Can’t wait to visit again.
