Wellness Forever Pharmacy - Dhole Patil Road, Pune

This is my second experience here that has made me loose my temper. The first time simply gave it a benefit of doubt but this time it was ridiculous. Went thereto purchase a particular medicine trusting they are pharmacist they got the med. And billed it. Just before packing in the bag I asked to give it to in hand, as I checked it was someother medicine and not the one I asked for, this is something to worry. As I asked them that this was not the medicine I asked for, there was no reluctance or embarrasment and they very non chalantly got me the one I asked for, i questioned. If the med I asked for was available why was I given something else?? The reason is, it was more expensive! They are more of a "seller" than "pharmacist" ... When asked for a refund they said that was not possible. Later they decided to give me cash which was not the medium of payment. Something to note- I'm well informed of the medicine i have but what if a poor person purchases a medicine and is given something else it would be fatal and harmful and no one then would be responsible for that.

Very Bad Experience. Whenever I call for some medicine they never deliver on time. They don't even have to courtesy to call and tell the medicine will be late. On call they tell it will be delivered in an hour and then when you call after an hour they say delivery guys are not available and we are short staffed medicine may not be delivered, it will be delivered tomorrow.
