In my experience, they cheated me. At the time of purchase of the books mentioned in the attached receipt last year, they assured that they will refund me 50% of the amount what I'm paying now, though the books are in worst condition and whatever happens with the syllabus change. I felt something is not right during the conversation, but still they convinced me with a statement like it is their usual process. So, I started to believe them. But during return they shown some term ls and conditions on the bill and they denied to buy back. So it sounds to me like it is one of their marketing strategy to avoid bargaining. My bad, i not even bargained during my purchase. They may be good in second hand sales, but don't trust them with the buy back assurance.
