I am writing to raise serious concerns about the unethical and unlawful practices taking place at this institution. Lack of Basic Facilities for Women: There is no restroom available for female staff or students. Even in cases of emergency, individuals are not permitted to leave the premises until 5 PM. This creates an unsafe and inhumane environment. Harassment and Misconduct: The institution's owner and manager have repeatedly behave inappropriately towards women, including incident that amount to harrasment and molestation. This behaviour is deeply disturbing and unacceptable. Unjust Rules and Restrictions: Staff members are not allowed to communicate freely with their colleagues, under guise of so-called "rules". This suppresses basic interpersonal interaction and creates a hostile working environment. Non - Transparent Financial Practices: All admission fees are collected strictly in cash. In an age where digital payment options are widely accessible and preferred for transparency, this raises serious concern about financial accountability. Religious and Ethnic Discrimination: individuals who are non- Muslim, especially those from the Bengali community, have been subjected to discriminatary remarks and behaviour. This is clear violation of human dignity and equality.

This is the best coaching Centre for the competitive exams. The rules and the disciplines of this Institution is really very good. I am really happy with it. Hearing about the fame and status of this institution I got admitted here. But now I think that the institution is much better than I thought before. Kamal Hosain sir is my ideal..Every moment he motivates n inspires his all students. If students follow his instructions, they will be successful in life...
