Jupiter Hospital

I have been to Jupiter Hospital multiple times, both as a visitor and as a patient. The medical treatments are great and they take good care of admitted patients. Also, the food in their restaurant is awesome. On the other hand, the charges they apply for hospitalizations are now becoming too high.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had our baby’s delivery at Jupiter Hospital in Pune, and the experience was truly excellent. The doctors, nurses, and even the cleaning staff were extremely supportive, caring, and professional throughout our stay. Everyone ensured that both mother and baby were comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention to the hospital’s restaurant team for arranging a complimentary family lunch, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made the occasion even more special for us. You can genuinely see that the hospital is working towards its tagline of “Patient First.” While the cost is on the higher side, which is expected for a premium hospital, the quality of care and facilities provided are very good. One suggestion for the management would be to improve the parking management for visitors. Overall, we are very grateful to the entire team for their care and support during such an important moment in our lives.

My wife delivered our baby at Jupiter Hospital in room 804, and our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the critical care to the daily comforts, the entire team has been amazing. We wanted to specifically recognize a few key groups who made this journey so much better: 1. The Incredible NICU Staff & Security: The level of care received was outstanding. We feel at ease knowing the babies are in such capable hands during their recovery. A special mention to the security team of Sonu Mishra, Manisha Nikam, and Aakanksha Kongale on the NICU floor as well; they have been incredibly empathetic of our situation while still ensuring their professional duties are met efficiently. 2. Paediatrician, Dr. Shivahar Sonawane: We are so grateful for Dr. Sonawane. He has provided wonderful care and precise diagnosis, always maintaining professionalism. His soft-spoken nature, timely updates, and detailed explanations have been a great comfort to us. 3. 8th Floor Nursing & Housekeeping Teams: The nursing staff, led by Sister Sarita ma'am, and the housekeeping team have been extremely supportive, caring, and simply amazing. Their attentiveness made our stay comfortable and stress-free. 4. The Wonderful Catering Team: The food overall has been delicious for both the patient and the attendant. A special thank you for the surprise complimentary couples dinner on the eve of our discharge; it was fantastic! A big shout out to Manager Jitendra Singh, Captains Rahul Pal and Madhav Pradhan, and Executive Ramakant for this thoughtful touch.
