Dach & Nona, The Ice Cream Factory

Clean, hygienic place with genuinely fresh ingredients, a refreshing change to see a dessert & ice-cream joint prioritising chemical free preparation. Truly one of its kind in India. I loved how transparent everything is, you can actually watch them work through a giant glass and see the ingredients being used in their kitchen, their hygiene standards basically what’s going inside your tummy. Extremely impressed. My favourites are the cakes and cookies, especially the Tres Leches and Vanilla. An amazing place overall!

Recently visited Dach & nona… and it was such a refreshing change, given that Gurgaon doesn’t really have an ice cream parlor culture. What stood out immediately was their claim of making ice cream from A2 milk, with no preservatives. The best part? They prepare it in small batches only after receiving an order—so you’re guaranteed fresh ice cream made with pure ingredients. The flavors are worth exploring; my personal favorite was Chocoberry. Beyond the ice cream, the owner and staff truly impressed me. I happened to lose my car key during a late-night visit on Sunday, and despite it being their day off on Monday... they extended full support—helping me search and even sharing CCTV footage. It’s rare to find a place where good nature matches good food. For me, Dach & Nona… is worth revisiting not just for the ice cream, but for the kindness and helpfulness of the people behind it.

It was our first time at Dach & Nona and it was a great experience! Premchand did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and making the experience more enjoyable! From the little tastings of every ice-cream to giving us suggestions, it was a 10/10 experience in Gurgaon. The gelatos aren’t too sweet and they have no added sugar options, date-based which was an added bonus. The tiramisu is the best I’ve had in quite a while!! It’s creamy and soft, melts in your mouth. The gelato is fresh and high quality. Will definitely return :)
