The ManagementSonoscan Healthcare (CIT Road Branch), Kolkata Dear Sir/Madam, I visited the 3rd floor of your CIT Road centre today and observed that the emergency evacuation plan displayed on the wall appears to be installed in the wrong orientation/direction. Because of this, in the event of an emergency such as fire or earthquake, patients and visitors may become confused while locating the exit route, which could create a serious safety hazard. This is a critical life-safety issue and requires immediate correction. I request you to kindly inspect the evacuation signage on the 3rd floor and reinstall or correct it at the earliest to ensure proper emergency guidance for occupants. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm once the correction has been completed.
