Thanks to Klening, the clothes are in good state now. Prashant is very helpful and professional. He shares updates on WhatsApp. Kalyan, the pick-up and delivery guy, has been prompt. On the whole, I am happy with how thorough they are. Every cloth is tagged and tracked. Pick-up and delivery are done on time. Clothes are segregated, neatly packed, and delivered.
