Worst experience staying at this resort. Room service was not proper, the bathroom was in very bad condition, and the TV unit was not working. Overall, the resort is not well maintained at all. The only good thing was the staff behaviour — they were polite and supportive.

Pathetic & Unsafe Experience | Zero Privacy Had a pathetic experience at this resort. The staff freely share customer details with random people. It appears that anyone can bribe the staff and obtain personal information of guests. There is absolutely no privacy or data security. What was even more shocking is that the entry register is shared openly, allowing strangers to take photographs of guest details. This is completely unacceptable and shows disgusting management practices. If such sensitive information is handled so carelessly, it makes one seriously wonder whether CCTV footage is also being misused. This place is highly unsafe for families or anyone who values privacy. Guests choosing this resort should be extremely cautious. People who care about privacy—please never, ever choose this resort.

We appreciate the Resort In-charge, Mr. Praveen Gowda, for his courteousness and dynamism in managing our event. The food at both breakfast and lunch was extremely tasteful, and the spread was excellent. The entire staff team was very professional and polite throughout the day. Overall, our members and their families had an excellent, fun-filled day. We highly recommend this resort for group outings!"
