This is a totally unprofessional website. I ordered a cake and gifts for delivery between 12 to 1 PM. I selected that time slot on the app and placed the order. However, within half an hour of placing the order, I received a call saying that my order cannot be delivered at that selected time. If the delivery was not possible at that time, why was my order accepted in the first place? Now customer care is saying that the delivery will be made between 1 to 5 PM. If you cannot deliver at the chosen time slot, why did you charge me extra for it? This was my first experience ordering a cake online, and it has been extremely disappointing. I request everyone not to use this website. It is completely unprofessional and feels like a money-making scam.

Always my go to place to buy flowers. Completely lightens up the other person’s mood whom you’re gifting it to. The service is A1 and the quality of the flowers is fresh. Highly recommend 11/10.
