I have been getting treatment from Dr. Sashi Kiran (Senior Nephrologist; Renal Transplant) Yashoda hospital; Malkpet for past 8 years. First of all he is a great human being. The way he treats the patient is amazing. I recently got major surgery (Transplant) under Dr. Sashi Kiran consultation. As per my personal experience concern, he is an expert in Understanding the patient’s health condition , Diagnosis, and mainly quick decision with immediate action to overcome the issue. After surgery I had multiple issues and he treated those issues in a very efficient and professional manner. That’s when, we really observed his vast experience, consistency and professional treatment. He is really a great asset for Yashoda hospitals and we recommend Yashoda hospitals just because of our great experience. I spoke with several patients in his OPD waiting area generally. All of them were speaking highly about his treatment and results. Wish you all the best Dr. Sashi Kiran for the future endeavours and great success. 🙏 I would like to convey my special thanks to Yashoda hospitals and management for the great medical facilities and hospitality.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the rude and unacceptable behavior of a security staff member in the Emergency Ward at Yashoda Hospital. This is the second time we have faced such disrespectful treatment from the security team. During a critical emergency situation, instead of guiding and supporting us, the security staff behaved arrogantly, spoke harshly, and showed no empathy towards the patient’s attendants. The concerned security staff member’s details (as visible on his uniform) are: Name: A. Mahesh Kumar ID No: 17275 In a hospital emergency ward, where families are already under stress and fear, such behavior is completely inhumane and unacceptable. Hospitals are meant to provide care, compassion, and assistance, not intimidation or disrespect. I strongly request the hospital management to: • Take strict disciplinary action against the concerned security staff • Provide proper training to all security personnel on how to behave politely in emergency situations • Ensure such incidents never happen again with any patient’s family This repeated behavior is damaging the reputation of such a reputed hospital, and immediate corrective action is necessary.

Not a good hospital for middleclass and poor even.to understand about this hospital just go to ICU and monitor for few hours then you will understand how the patients are treated. seniour doctors will review only one in a day and the medications are given by the sisters they are fully busy in writing patient medication details and hanover of things to next shift siters and not take care of patient anymore. All the ICU patients are treted like things. There is no mental piece for patient and they will allow attendees only once in a day. All the test costs are 150% higher than outside what ever they write medicines it's a big fraud they agin come back to pharmacy. if you want a good treatment in reasonable cost, better go for semi corporate hospital. if you think that you have insurance of 10 lakhs or 20 lakhs still in suggesting you to go for semi corporate Good hospital. where less patients are there so that doctors will treat you better. I'm writting this with my personal experience I'm not aginst to yashoda hospital, most of the corporate hospitals are same. but I don't want others to suffer like me. Thankyou
