I recently celebrated my birthday at Sam Eden Resort, and the experience honestly went far beyond what I expected. From the moment we arrived, the place felt warm, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The first thing I noticed was how clean and neatly maintained everything was—the pool looked crystal clear and inviting, the surrounding area was tidy, and the overall ambiance immediately put me in a celebratory mood. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. Even the restrooms, which are usually the first place you notice flaws, were extremely clean and well-kept throughout our stay. One of the highlights for me was definitely the food. Every dish tasted fresh and flavourful, and you could tell a lot of care was put into preparing the meals. Whether it was snacks or the main course, everything was consistently good, and my family and friends enjoyed it just as much as I did. The staff also played a huge role in making the day special—they were polite, responsive, and genuinely friendly, always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It never felt like they were rushing or ignoring anyone; instead, they created a comfortable atmosphere where we could relax and enjoy the celebration without stress. The resort itself has a simple yet beautiful charm, with just the right balance of nature, comfort, and privacy. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, have fun, and still feel taken care of. Celebrating my birthday there turned out to be one of the most memorable days I’ve had in a long time, and I’m honestly so glad I chose this place. I would definitely recommend Sam Eden Resort to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and enjoyable spot for a getaway or a special occasion.

⭐⭐ 2/5 — Disappointed with the Experience My stay at Sam Eden Resort was quite underwhelming, especially when it came to the food and service. The food quality was not good, and most of the dishes lacked taste and freshness. For the price and expectations, it was definitely disappointing. The place itself is just okay—nothing special or memorable. What really affected the experience was the poor service. We had to request even the smallest things multiple times, and every time we asked for something, the staff said they needed to “check with the manager” first. This constant back-and-forth made the stay inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, I expected better hospitality and responsiveness. With improvements in food quality and staff training, the resort could offer a much better experience, but as of now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Our recent class reunion at Sam Eden Resort was nothing short of extraordinary! Staying over on the 7th of February and checking out on the 8th morning turned into one of the most memorable experiences for our entire Batch of 2006. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely top-notch - every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The swimming pool added so much fun and energy to our time together, and playing cricket brought back a flood of nostalgic school-day memories that we will cherish forever. A special and heartfelt thanks to Deekshith for going above and beyond to make our stay truly special. His hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth made all the difference in creating such an exciting and comfortable experience for all of us. The rooms were exceptional - clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, with no compromises whatsoever. Every aspect of our stay reflected quality and care. Overall, this reunion at Sam Eden Resort will remain one of the most cherished moments of our lives. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories!
