Please read this detailed review before opting for Clean Craft next time: •Extremely slow service – They usually take around 2 weeks even for a small batch of clothes for dry cleaning. For my last batch, they took 16 days to deliver. •Same price as premium services, but terrible quality – They charge almost the same rates as Tumble Dry / other premium dry cleaners, but the quality is nowhere close. •Stains not removed, no communication – Even normal stains on bedsheets and clothes are not removed properly. They don’t inform you that stains are still there – you only find out after you open the “dry cleaned” clothes at home. •Poor response and customer service – Their response time is bad, they don’t proactively update you, and overall customer service is very poor. •Damaged clothes with no resolution – In my last order, the delivery person casually informed me that 2 of my clothes (both were new) had been damaged and were sent for dyeing to “fix” them. •Clothes stuck for over a month – It’s been 45 days since that update and I still haven’t received those clothes back. •Not worth the risk – If you want to save your clothes from getting damaged, it’s better to pay the same price to Tumble Dry or any other decent laundry. I do not recommend Clean Craft even for daily washing, forget dry cleaning.
