I was a skeptic when I walked in (“There is no way this can have a perfect 5-star rating from hundreds of customers”). Well, here I am happily writing a 5-star review, after my experience with Dr.Druthil and Dr.Salins. From setting appointments, to patiently listening to your needs, to walking you through the process thoroughly, my journey with Dental Lavelle has been nothing short of fantastic! Competent doctors. Clean facility. Friendly support staff. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone seeking professional dental care in Bangalore.
For 7 years, I have been driving an hour (or 4, depending on traffic) to see a dentist in Whitefield out of loyalty, since they were the first ones I saw when I moved here. Today, I had an experience I need to share. My dentist wasn't available, and I needed a cleaning and a second opinion on two implants with crowns. I have known about Dental Lavelle and have referred many people based on Dr. Belur's reputation, especially if they happen to live on this side of town. The clinic is located on Lavelle Street in Ashok Nagar. I am so glad I saw him for the second opinion. The clinic is immaculate and has a totally professional vibe. Dr. Belur and staff are super friendly. Dr. Belur was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and could communicate in a language we could all understand, rather than dental jargon, about the products and procedures available in India and the US. Along with which are stronger and weaker in each country. He trained and worked in the US for many years and taught at Harvard Dental School. He then joined his the practice here. The intake review yielded a great result, and with a plan to resolve several outstanding dental items I have been struggling with for years. The cleaning was quick and so well done. Dr. Druthil Belur took all the time needed to review my previous items and ensure I understood and was comfortable with the material. This visit alone helped resolve two outstanding issues, and Dr. Belur will assist me in finding and fixing a final issue to stop bone loss. I am a child of a Dental Hygienist and know what good dentistry is. This Dentist is WORLD CLASS. Run, don't walk, if you need help, and don't let the distance stop you. He and the clinic are worth the time to see.
The staff and Dr. Richa were great! Sophia took care of scheduling our appointments and helped us figure out the location, parking, etc. We’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and we found a great one. Dr. Jagadeesh and Dr. Druthil have assembled a first class team. The treatment was great and the office is immaculate. Highly recommended!
