I had one of the most heartbreaking experiences after buying a cockatiel from this shop. On the first day itself, I noticed she was not as hyperactive as other birds. I thought maybe it was because she had just traveled from the shop to my home and needed time to adjust. But by the very next day, it was clear she was not well. When I contacted Mr. Rudra, he did not show much interest and simply neglected the issue. He received my calls and responded, but his words turned out to be empty assurances. He cheated me, and this should not happen to anybody. On his advice, I tried everything—keeping her warm, giving electrol, and taking care of her with love. But despite my efforts, on the third day she died in my hands. 💔 I had paid ₹6,000 for the bird and another ₹2,000 for food and transportation, only to lose her within five days. After her death, he did not even acknowledge his mistake, nor did he talk about a refund or replacement. Not a single word of responsibility. This was not just a financial loss—it was the loss of an innocent life and a deep emotional pain for me. Selling unhealthy birds without proper care is not only irresponsible but also heartless. God should look after people who play with lives for money. It is sad to see how business-minded some have become, ignoring basic humanity. To others: please don’t be misled by the shop owner’s nice words and promises. The reality is very different. I sincerely hope no one else goes through the same pain I faced. I recently got 6 budgies from here and couldn’t be happier! All the birds are healthy and have absolutely amazing colors. The owner, Rudra, is incredibly knowledgeable and was very cooperative throughout the process. Highly recommend!
