I recently took an MRI and CT scan for my left shoulder, but the report was printed as right shoulder. When I pointed it out, the staff simply said it was a "printing mistake" and reprinted it. A mistake in medical reporting is not a small issue. A wrong-side report can create confusion for future doctors and shows a lack of proper verification. I expect more professionalism and accuracy from a medical center, especially when we trust them with our health. I request the management to improve their report-checking process so that such errors don’t happen to other patients.( Strongly suggests before get your report double check it don't trust this scen center blindly)
Today i ve done a MRI for my daughter all the staffs and doctor, s are well equipped and they have done a excellent service to us and the rate is also nominal, Thank you for your kind service team. All the very best for the kind hearted service to the society.
One of the worst service i have seen so far Worst customer handling They will make you wait like anything I’m sat here almost 2 hours Until i went and asked it they didn’t called us Even after I asked a explanation of waiting again they made me wait for 45 minutes Better you ask your doctors to suggest any other scans centre instead of this I have clearly observed the staffs are simply making a time pass
