They provide quick, honest, genuine & affordable AC repair & maintenance services. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do not charge for unnecessary parts or procedures. My AC was barely cooling the room. But after a nice jet-spray clean-up & maintenance, it is now working as new. Thank you team for saving me the cost of buying a new AC. Your team is the best. I'll always rely on you for any type of AC related work.
Absolutely terrible service. Complete waste of time. We specifically confirmed with AC Care India / RO Care service a day in advance whether they could send a technician by 8:00 AM, and they explicitly said yes. Trusting their word, we went to the apartment early just to get the work done on time. Only to later find out that their technicians don’t even start work until after 9:30 AM. This was never informed to us beforehand. No call, no update, no courtesy message. Just blatant misinformation and zero accountability. They wasted everyone’s time because of their poor communication and unprofessional handling. Don’t make any payments in advance to them unless someone shows at your place or if the work is done. If you can’t meet a time commitment, at least be honest about it. Highly unreliable service — would not recommend to anyone.
The AC service was completed very quickly and all safety measures were properly followed. Thank you for the excellent service.
