I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel in Secundrabad. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. A special thanks to Miss Mary for her kind, caring, and helpful behavior throughout our stay. She was always available to assist us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I would also like to appreciate the support staff members: Avinash (Housekeeping) Santosh (Maintenance) Apurbho bag They were polite, responsive, hardworking, and always ready to help whenever needed. Their dedication and professional attitude contributed greatly to our positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad and would be happy to stay here again.
This is a budget hotel located at Paradise Circle. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The amenities are "okay"; the water pressure in the health faucet and shower was erratic and low. Our cable for the TV did not work but considering the short stay we did not request for rectification. Overall I would recommend this hotel who is looking for a budget price and short stay.
Stay was good but there were some issues with room. Bathroom lock was not working, there was no bucket provided and same with the toilet tissues. But overall stay was nice, location is very good.
