Pathetic outlet. I ordered their chocolate rose tart from here through Zomato, it was a prepaid order. It doesn’t match what they are portraying online on their website at all. HIGHLY UNskilled staff. PATHETIC experience. RUINED my day, WASTED money on this FLAT, TINY, UGLY tart- which totally doesn’t look what it’s marketed like. That’s the least you can do if you’re trying to cash on aesthetics. At LEAST match that. My friend ordered the same tart from a different outlet and theirs was exactly like the online picture. Feels like they did this PURPOSELY with me because my order was ONLINE and PREpaid. And because these people are DEFINITELY UNskilled. RUINED my day. NEVER order from this place if you don’t want to RUIN your mood and BURN your money. They are a literal SCAM. AVOID. Could have bought a MUCH better cake from Loca Boca or even Bakingo and other outlets. Regretting spending money on Theobroma. NEVER ordering again from any of their branches. PATHETIC chain. They replied here on my review giving a link to some feedback form asking for my phone number, order id and name. Yet they didn’t do Nothing about it. They are a scam. These reviews praising them are from their STAFF. Don’t buy from Theobroma it’s a SCAM.
Portion sizes have shrunk drastically while prices increasing, over a very short period. Also beware what they show in display and what they pack. Some items had larger piece towards display and smaller piece towards their side which they gave to us. Our pastry looks like a baby in front of the fork. Taste also gone downhill.
