Very careless and irresponsible service by Samyutha Scans. I gave my sugar test on 19.04.2026, but they handed me a completely wrong printed report belonging to another person (Magesh N, age 56, tested on 20.04.2024) with a high sugar result. Imagine the confusion and stress this could cause to a normal person who may not notice such details immediately. Medical reports are serious documents, and such mistakes can create unnecessary fear and wrong treatment decisions. This level of negligence is unacceptable from a diagnostic center. Please double-check patient details before handing over reports. Extremely disappointed with the careless handling.
I was visiting Chennai from the UK and booked a 4d ultrasound scan and was delighted to be able to make an appointment within a couple of days. Although the original appointment time was changed and we waited for over an hour after arriving for the appointment to have the scan done I was very happy with the scan itself and the detailed report and pictures. Staff were very nice.
Review 1 I could clearly see my wife's baby growth, which made me so happy and relaxed. The scan was done smoothly and professionally. Thank you for the care and support.
