I had a good experience getting my tests done here as a walk-in. The place was clean, quiet, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Special thanks to Ms. Krupa for being patient and careful since I have very thin veins, and to Mr. Kannan for helping with the blood draw. Reports were delivered on time, and the home collection team was professional, called before arriving, wore uniforms/badges, and made me feel safe. They even made a second trip without extra charges when additional support was needed. My only suggestion is to update patient notes more carefully and consider using portable vein locator devices for patients with difficult veins. Overall, a positive experience. I recently went for my blood test at Orange Health Labs and had a really good experience. The staff was very polite and spoke very nicely throughout the process. Everything was very hygienic and well maintained. The person who did the test showed me the sealed kit before opening it, which made me feel very comfortable and assured about the safety and cleanliness. All the equipment used was from a new sealed package. Overall, it was a very smooth and professional experience. Highly recommend their service.
I booked a blood test for today with Orange Health, and a phlebotomist (Phebo) was assigned to me. However, the phlebotomist called to say they couldn’t come because the location had been mapped incorrectly. Shortly after, I also received a call from customer care stating the same issue. I shared the correct location with the phlebotomist, and they were just 1 km away, yet the service was still not provided. I am diabetic and had been fasting for more than 12 hours in preparation for this test. This has been extremely distressing and disappointing. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and would think twice before booking a lab test with Orange Health again.
