If you love your clothes- DO NOT use their service! Holes in the garments, T-shirt sent back with a big patch in the middle, delayed deliveries, charged extra for NOT delivering in time, and a customer rep who claims he doesn’t care about reviews/feedback from customers. I sent in my laundry. I got back a hostage situation. Every shirt — tagged. Every pair of trousers — tagged. The socks. THE SOCKS. Each individual sock, pierced through with that little plastic spike like it was a prized exhibit at a textile museum. The tag itself is a marvel of unnecessary engineering — a small plastic barb, sized specifically to be too stubborn to pull out by hand yet too flimsy to snap cleanly, guaranteeing you’ll spend 20 minutes hunched over your laundry pile with a seam ripper like some kind of textile surgeon. For a place that says they’re “organic” laundry service, why the heavy use of plastic?! Hypocrisy at its best- even when you try to explain your misery to their customer team. And it’s not just the inconvenience. It’s the principle. At what point in the tagging process did someone look at a sock — a single sock, one half of a pair worth perhaps twelve rupees — and think, yes, this needs to be formally identified? Did they fear the sock would escape? File a claim? Run for office? I now own clothes I cannot wear until I perform minor surgery on them and so many of my garments have holes and rips now. One T shirt has a small hole where the tag put up a fight. Do better. Or at the very least — spare the socks and find better tagging mechanism and spare your customers the nightmare of your inefficiency.

Definitely don’t give anything remotely valuable, only give clothes you don’t mind getting ruined. Completely ruined my shirt despite repeated confirmation for delicate iron. Manager offered 10% discount on next bill which would be meaningless in compensation for ruined shirts.

I gave heavy window curtains for cleaning and the result was excellent. No damage and perfect finishing. The staff explained the process clearly. They truly provide the best curtain dry cleaning Madhapur with safe cleaning methods.
