**⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience** I had a really bad experience at Ching Sing Restaurant. I specifically ordered *veg salt and pepper*, but they ended up serving me a **non-vegetarian dish** instead. As someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet, this was completely unacceptable and honestly quite upsetting. When I brought it to their attention, the staff didn’t seem very concerned, and there was no proper apology or sense of urgency to fix the mistake. Serving the wrong food—especially something non-veg when a customer clearly orders veg—is a serious issue. Overall, I left very disappointed and don’t feel confident about ordering from here again. I hope they improve their food handling and pay better attention to customer orders in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Ching Singh! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. ✨ The service was truly exceptional, with attentive staff making sure everything was perfect. While the food was very good, it wasn't absolutely mind-blowing. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Mr. Sumit took great care of us, he was attentive and made sure that all our asks were met. Highly recommend this spot for a great time. 💯

By God, this has the slowest restaurant service in NCR. Takes long to get water, even longer to get the appropriate number of plates for 3 people. Wanted non-spicy noodles for my child but the head waiter said everything is spicy!! Took literally 1 hour for momos to come. They said it takes a while to make them...OK but 1 hour???!! Veg momo was super duper spicy, kid could not eat. Asked for an update on Chicken momo...and the waiter brought another plate and said this is Chicken momos please check and confirm. It turned out to be veg momos again, so he took it away. Then Chicken momos came...spicy but otherwise bland. Few minutes later another plate of Chicken momos appear as our order. Total confusion amongst the staff. Khao Suey arrived meanwhile with nuts and other spices already put inside the gravy. This was super spicy...The coconut milk had red chilli powder and green chillies in it (photo attached). Almost no veggies and very little noodles. The worst Khao Suey ever!!! All the patrons who came after me ordered Indian and were quickly served. The restaurant is not good at chinese and Ching should be removed from their name. Terrible, Terrible service. Chinese food with lots and lots of chillies. The neighbouring senior citizens gave up on pad thai since it was too spicy. Their son gave up on the gravy since it was spicy instead of tangy. Stay away if you want want good service and Chinese food.
