Dr. Hiba is a very kind and generous dermatologist and cosmetologist. She listens patiently to every concern and never rushes the consultation. Extremely unprofessional experience. I was asked to come between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM and arrived exactly at 11:45. The receptionist told me Dr. Azheel would arrive in 10–15 minutes and insisted that I stay, even though I mentioned I live nearby and could return once the doctor arrived. We ended up waiting almost 50 minutes, until 12:35 PM, and the doctor still hadn’t arrived. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. If there was going to be such a long delay, the staff should have been honest instead of giving false timelines. On top of that, the reception staff were frequently on their phones and chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to patients or managing the desk professionally. Punctuality and transparency are the bare minimum in a medical clinic. Unfortunately, this visit failed on both counts. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and will be advising my family to look for another dermatologist. There are hundreds of better options available.
Dr scheel Khalidi is the best doctor ever. I had no hair growth and my hair were really thin. Got treated by azheel khalidi and my hair has not stopped growing since then.
