Train your billing staff how to speak decently with customers, they don't even have any ethics or manners how to speak with customers worst experience I have had ever before in my life time no timesense for doctors as well definitely u have to waste your time if u visit this diagnostics, cheap staff...
Not good. They make you wait for very long even for a small ECG procedure. The staff doesn't know how to manage patients. They even care less if you are on a corporate checkup. And they do not care about timeslot options which were confirmed before appointment. Wouldn't recommend
