Call came and they told me that we have various offers and MOST IMPORTANT is that they told me we have package and for the April month we provide 50% discount for package. I thought I need 5-6 sessions for PRP and cost should be 25000/- at max. I visit the clinic .Every thing is quite good doctor explain everything well. After analysing my scalp doctor told stem cell therapy is the best and for cost effectiveness I can take PRP. And If I opt for PRP it required proper diagnosis of my blood like a kind of HIV, BLOOD BORNE DISEASES, VARIOUS THINGS take 5000/- for this-- This is my parallel thinking when doctor prescribed this is not explicit cost. NOW CAME on more disgusting factor The Explicit cost -- For stem cell 5 session --90,000/- means 18,000/per session and instead of 50% of which is clearly Stated earlier on call they gave 20%. For PRP--51000/- for 6 session and gave 15% off instead 50% off. I told them that I informed otherwise about the price that is 50% off and they told me VERY SWEETLY SIR T&C(Terms and conditions × Traumatized the costomer ✓) are there. Listen I know that Cosmetic surgery are indeed costly but you guys atleast maintain the transparency. Because after visiting I feel What if they informed me earlier like this disjunctive could be happened for price discovery I would have mentally prepared for that. I waste my 2000/ rupees and time for single day visit because they gave me some medicine it would be not felt wasted if I take PRP therapy. So one thing as responsive citizens of Nations My suggestion -prepared your mind for disjunctive price discovery. And where each step secrecy is there instead of transparency,if you take the therapy it is quite possible that for upcoming session you don't have any bargaining power. Certainly if they include any staffs for better results which is not stated earlier its inflate your cost at expense of clinical profit.

I really love their service, specially Dr. Rajendrani Mazumdar. Doctor is excellent and very knowledgeable & also prescribed low priced effective medication. Even the dietitian is also very good. But the representative tried to sell you some value added services which I really don’t like. Taken 1 star for that push selling .
