The best decision we made by selecting them. I have no complaints. They came before 8.30 am and everything got completed by 1.15 pm and they left by 1.20 pm. All the items were unloaded to our desired floors and all the staff were very cooperative. They accomodated all our needs and our packing and moving experience was very satisfactory. No last minute price hike. Thank you to Mr. Dinesh, Mr Alam and their team. 🙏🏻😊 Edit: When we started to set up the items in its place, we found that the 32" TV was left on the dining table and the display of the TV was broken. We called the owner the same day, shared the pictures, video, and estimate from the brand which was for 11k but the owner and driver denied it's their fault. The owner offered to pay only 1 - 1.5k. According to them, it's not their fault. The owner disconnected the call mid conversation asking the driver to call us as he is getting another call but the driver didn't call yet. Now we've to suffer the losses.
I recently used Planet packers and movers for my household move from Vasant vihar to Sultanpur in (UP) on 26/5/26. The moving team was highly punctual, professional, and courteous. They handled all my belongings, especially fragile kitchen items and heavy electronics, with the utmost care, ensuring everything was securely wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and sturdy moving blankets. The entire loading and unloading process was managed efficiently, and all my items arrived at my new residence safely and without a single scratch. Furthermore, their pricing was transparent and reasonable compared to market standards. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress-free and reliable moving experience.
They are really good at their work. Damn punctual, humble and reliable. Mukesh ji and Hari Kishan ji both worked well. They packed furniture and fragile things such as Tv, took down all the stuff from 2nd floor carefully and reached Noida from Delhi. They also helped in unpacking our stuff.
