This is an honest review based on our complete experience with WeDezine Studio We came across WeDezine Studio online after extensive research and a long search for the right interior designers. From the very first few meetings, we felt they were best suited to our needs. The team was extremely cooperative, took the time to understand our requirements in detail, and never compromised on design intent. At the same time, they were transparent in explaining practical challenges wherever applicable. This approach during the initial discussions gave us the confidence to move forward with them. Our requirement was for interiors that are functional, unique in design, and within a defined budget. WeDezine provided multiple design iterations, and both sides were equally committed to refining the designs until we were completely comfortable and satisfied with the final outcome. They were also very open in discussions when we shared references from Instagram or videos we liked, honestly explaining feasibility and then creatively modifying those ideas into practical, functional designs. In terms of pricing, we felt they were slightly on the expensive side. However, we liked their approach, design sensibility, and willingness to collaborate, so we decided to go ahead. We primarily worked with Praveen Kumar (Business Manager and Overall Head) and Gouri Sharma (Designer and Team Lead). Praveen has an excellent ability to understand customer needs and provide the best possible solutions while balancing functionality and aesthetics. Gouri has a great eye for contemporary and latest design trends and patiently offered multiple options, always staying calm and supportive until we were happy with the design. She also accompanied us relentlessly for tile and lighting selections, ensuring every choice aligned well with the overall design vision. While the quality of the products delivered were being achieved, the only area where we were not fully satisfied was the execution phase. The committed timelines were not met, and communication during this stage was quite poor. There is significant scope for improvement in procurement, on-site execution, and vendor management. We had to follow up multiple times to ensure progress, and often had to be physically present at the site to make sure the work was completed as expected and within reasonable timelines. We feel the execution quality may not have reached this level had we not been present frequently. That being said, Praveen Kumar and the execution team extended strong support during execution as well, ensuring the team delivered the best possible outcome, even though some rework was required before project closure. Overall, we are very happy with the final result and have been comfortably living in our home for the past two months. Despite the execution challenges, we would recommend WeDezine Studio for their design capabilities, honesty, and dedication to achieving a great end result. We are confident the team will take this feedback positively and work towards improving their execution process, which will significantly enhance customer experience and delight.

Before finalizing them, I had checked with around 10–15 firms, and among all of them, I found WeDezine to be the most process-oriented and professional. Even after completion, the designers supported us in decorating our home — helping us select sofas, curtains, and other décor items.
