They have worked very well on their food and service now. This place is tad bit expensive but offers a very good dining experience. No discounts or offers makes it not so value for money. Very good place for families, couples and kids. Good wide variety menu of food and beverages. Some items are not available. Staff are friendly. Food and drinks are just amazing. Dalchini sharbat is must. Didn't like chelo kebabs and biryani but breads, starters and curries are amazing. Kids menu is a boon though quite expensive. Recommended place and we will visit again.

Had a great experience at Copper Chimney, Viman Nagar, Phoenix Marketcity Pune today. We tried the Tawa Veg Biryani — it was extremely tasty with a special aroma and full of flavour. The only suggestion would be that the quantity felt suitable for one person rather than two. For dessert, we had the Peshawari Kulfi Falooda, and it was absolutely outstanding — honestly the best falooda I’ve ever had in my life! A must-try for anyone visiting.
