I visited this clinic for my wisdom tooth removal, and the experience was much better than I expected. The doctor clearly explained everything beforehand — how long the procedure would take, what to expect during it, and how the recovery would be. That really helped reduce my anxiety. During the procedure, he was extremely patient and made sure I was comfortable at every step. He kept checking if I was okay and reassured me throughout. Whenever I needed a break, he stopped immediately and continued only after making sure I was comfortable again. His assistant was also very supportive and professional. The clinic maintains very high hygiene standards — everything was properly sanitized, which gave me a lot of confidence. After the procedure, the doctor explained the after-care in detail and even followed up to check how I was recovering. He was also very flexible with appointment timings and tried his best to accommodate my requested schedule. What I appreciated the most was that he never rushed the process. Overall, a very caring, skilled, and professional doctor. Highly recommended.

I got a root canal with dental crown on my lower tooth at Urban Smiles Dental Care with Dr. Prasanna.I am always a bit afraid to have my dental treatments but Dr. Prasanna took the time to examine and explain me every step, from first seating to fixing the final crown. The process was comfortable and pain-free. The results are awesome and very satisfactory. The new crown blends in perfectly with my other teeth, and I have had no issues with it. It feels just like my natural tooth. I am so happy with the outcome and the care I received. Also the billing is proper for further claims of your treatment in your company.
