We came to Kolkata on 2 days Trip. After visiting few places since morning, in the afternoon we searched on the Google for Pure Vegetarian Restaurants. This restaurant was also one among other restaurants shown by Google. After seeing the Menu card, few food photos, the reviews about this Restaurant, we decided to have our lunch here. After eating the food we ordered in the Restaurant, we are very much satisfied about the taste, quality and service. Best vegetarian hotel for the tourists coming to Kolkata from outside. Vallet Parking space is available. Gender based restaurants are available.
Ordered crispy baby corn and Hyderabadi biriyani. They told us to order one biriyani as that would be sufficient for me and my wife. However, to our surprise they brought veg biriyani and we declined to have it. After some time they brought Hyderabadi biriyani. It was offered in a shallow container and the quantity was not enough for even a single person. On top of that the taste was very bad. (The same biriyani costs less in Gopalas and tastes very good). We felt cheated and decided never to come back again in this branch. P.S. They were asking us to order Raita and salad separately. (Never ever we faced such a situation where the restaurant even after charging premium price does not offer basic raita to customer) .
Revisited again after 13 years. Loved their new decor and absolutely in love with their food. We ordered three thalis that consists of Rice,Naan,Kulcha,Tadka dal,Chole,Paneer,salad,papad,roshogolla,raita with bundi. We requested them to replace our naan and kulcha with rice. Highly recommend.
