Absolutely pathetic service standards. They ask customers to sign a ‘contract’ where they don’t even want to write the agreed scope of service. Just covering their liabilities but not the service they are supposed to provide. A legal document without scope of service! They take the payment first and then send this contract to sign out of nowhere. I asked for a refund and they said it will take 2 weeks. What a joke!
Very good service every time under our AMC since last few years
We have had termite problem for the past 2 years. Chandan and Krishan have done a good job in identifying the source of the termites which 2 previous companies could not find. They have installed a new device to eradicate the pests. Both are professional and knowledgeable.
