Excellent experience at Lifeline Hospital! My mother underwent surgery here, and the insurance claim assistance was outstanding. The staff was very helpful, guided us through the entire cashless process, and ensured there were no last-minute surprises during discharge. Efficient, honest, and very patient-centric. Thank you for making a difficult time much easier."

Today I visited Lifeline Hospital (corporate plan health check-up) and reported at 7:45 AM. I completed everything by 9:45 AM. Here are my observations: 1. There was about 25 minutes waiting time for registration, as it was a Saturday (weekend crowd is expected). 2. After registration, I approached the receptionist and gave my blood samples. 3. I was then instructed to go to the next building for the other tests. 4. At the reception in the next building, there was another 15-minute wait. When I approached the receptionist, they let me go to the 1st floor. However, the receptionist wasn’t fully aware of the package details, so there was further waiting for Lidia’s sister (doc/paper? – perhaps a coordinator or doctor reference). 5. The tests taken included: eye test, ECHO, ECG, X-ray, and urine culture sample. We understand that weekends bring more crowd, but unfortunately, there was no proper guidance provided throughout the process. We had to keep asking what to do next and were unsure if all the tests in the corporate package were actually covered. This lack of clear direction and coordination really disappointed me. Overall, the process took about 2 hours, which isn’t bad time-wise, but the poor communication and guidance made the experience frustrating. Hope the hospital improves staff awareness and patient flow for corporate/health check-up packages, especially on busy days.
