I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the cake I ordered from you for our function. Before placing the order, I was assured that the cake would remain stable at room temperature for 6–7 hours. However, after assembly, I noticed that one of the cake pillars was tilted. When I raised this concern and shared the picture, I was told that it was like that match with picture. Unfortunately, after delivery, two cake pillars got broke, which completely spoiled our function and caused great inconvenience and embarrassment in front of our guests. Considering the amount paid (above ₹10,000) and the assurance given by your team, this level of service is unacceptable. I have attached the cake which I ordered.
Finally I found my ONE STOP for cakes - THE BAKISTRY. Guys thank you so so so so very much for making every cake a perfect one as per the occasion and celebration. I have ordered two cakes from them so far and my experience is amazing… the flavour - Delicious and the attention to detail OMG just on point. Everyone who tasted the cakes couldn’t stop complimenting it…. The team is so polite and kind they tell you about the pros and cons of your choices and they are really flexible with the customisation and once the cake is ready they always share a picture with you before they dispatch it which is very helpful. Everyone who is reading this review it is very genuine the team is great and so are the cakes. Go ahead and place your order with them without any second thoughts. THANK YOU THE BAKISTRY TEAM ❤️
