I don’t have 0 star option to post a review else would have given. No professionals at all. Just a scandal. I took a massage for an hour, the masseuse was on her mobile texting n call for over 15-20 mins. Later she insisted to give special services on xtras. I am not sure how they have lot of positive reviews. They got beds in the rooms - hope some of you can understand, I paid upfront checking the reviews else wouldn’t have tried it. If you expect a professional massage I wouldn’t suggest it. Choose only if you want some happy ends.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Spa My experience at this spa was completely unacceptable and deeply frustrating. The service quality was far below any reasonable standard, and professionalism was entirely lacking. From start to finish, it felt like customers’ time, money, and comfort were of no importance here. Mr. Khan, who appears to be responsible or involved in operations, showed absolutely no accountability or concern when issues were raised. Instead of addressing valid complaints, there was a dismissive and careless attitude that only made the situation worse. This kind of behavior is shocking for a service-oriented business. The services provided were poorly executed, rushed, and not at all worth the price charged. Basic hygiene, customer care, and courtesy were missing. What was promised and what was delivered were completely different things. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this spa and save themselves the disappointment. There are far better places that value their customers and take pride in their work—this is definitely not one of them.

Wow wonderful spa and nice massage. We'll trained staffs and managers were too kind and very friendly... loved this spa ... recommending this to all of you.
