Visited Sea Salt Fire, Thane recently and had a truly satisfying Maharashtrian dining experience. The place beautifully blends authentic flavours with a modern presentation. We started with Paneer Kasturi Malai Tikka, which was super soft, creamy and perfectly marinated. The Shevga Fry was a pleasant surprise – nicely spiced and cooked just right. For drinks, the Strawberry Mint Sparkle and Thai Mango Twist were refreshing, while the Solkadhi gave that perfect traditional touch to the meal. In mains, the Pahadi Saag Paneer was rich and flavourful. Paired it with Tandlachi Bhakari and Tandoori Butter Roti, both fresh and well made. The highlight was the Hirvya Vatnichi Veg Biryani – aromatic, masaledar and full of authentic Maharashtrian taste. Desserts were the real showstoppers! The Benami Kheer had a unique and unexpected twist which made it stand out, and the Chocolate Strawberry Mousse was rich, smooth and a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, great food, good portion sizes, and a satisfying experience for anyone craving authentic Maharashtrian cuisine in Thane. Definitely worth visiting with family.

honestly the taste wasn’t good at all. We ordered Bombil Rawa Tawa, and it felt like they forgot to add salt. Then we ordered Prawns Butter Garlic, and that had too much salt. After that we ordered Surmai Malvani gravy, which was nothing special either. The service was very good, and the bhakri was excellent, no doubt. The ambience was also nice, but the prices are extremely high — ₹89 + GST just for a water bottle. Overall, the food wasn’t worth the price.
