After long research I went to 11 Motors for my car Maintenance Services. I own two premium cars, A Jaguar and a Mercedes-Benz. For a long time I was searching for a reliable and trustworthy car repair shop in Kolkata. I must say 11 Motors meet all my demands and expectations well. They repaird and did provided the best Routine Service i have ever received. They are highly professional and the technicians are trained and skilled

This place is a con op- I narrate my harrowing expreience with Mercedes E200. Impressive is the large garage space but on closer look, its a dealer space for many 2nd hand cars for sale. Could see only two workers every time,(mechanic?) shabily dressed. I had no choice as my car had Oil & coolant contaminated. They took 10 days & came with water log recovery process first for 16K, when that job was already done by a local mchanic. Refused to give estimate -everything is verbal only. Initial verbal estimate of about 80K then became 100K & then eventually 250K, without checking anything whatsoever in the car ! I managed to pull out the car after he did water log recovery at 22K (he refused release without this work) but to my shock, I found 3 front seat Plastic spacers broken,(2K) Seat adjustment cable with sheath misplaced or stolen (5K) & all seat movement parts taken out & stacked in the boot. Owner is a glib talker, fluent in English & bengali & initially got me impressed. His ratings are managed through facebook/Justdial & through an excellent website, recording the right words that even fooled ChatGpt. And as expected, his tall claim on honesty & ethics fell flat when he asked for cash payment to avoid GST. I did pay 23K online to get a GST bill but the bill never mentions the GST amounts!! Need reverification at GST office surely! I later got the vehicle repaired by an honest mechanic for 15K only, replacing Oil cooler assembly. Horrible experience and beware of money traps.
