I had a decent stay at Westside Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was clean overall, and the breakfast was good, although it could be improved a little more. The rooms, however, are not very attractive and a lot of work still needs to be done inside to make them feel more modern and comfortable. A special thanks to Arun Kumar at the reception — he was professional, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a good experience because of the staff and cleanliness.

Food was hopeless since I am a local person excepted more delicious like hyd Biryani... Nothing provided at hotel.. the rooms were congisted for two people. One of the stupid thing was they don't provide loundry on time which takes 24 hours.... 3 nights I had dinner which was tasteless only with white rice and 2 curries without spices and no curd at reception area people give very rough answer which makes to leave the hotel as soon as possible
