Nice collection with good staff. Tip: There is a section with used books and some new ones (with minor wear like scratch or marks) at very low cost. I got one book in very good condition worth 700 for 200.
Very bad experience at Om Book Shop, Gurgaon Ambience Mall. The staff misguided us by saying the book was the 2nd part, but it turned out to be the 3rd. When we tried to return it, they refused to refund the money. On top of that, the store hardly has enough stock of popular books, and the staff doesn’t seem knowledgeable or helpful at all. Poor management, careless attitude, and complete lack of customer service — definitely not recommended.
Love this book store. Huge variety of collection. And if they don't have it, they will get it. Very helpful and friendly staff that actively help out the customers in finding what they are looking for. Good collection of books for both children and adults here.
