We visited Pure Shudh, a vegetarian restaurant in Delhi. This is not a place where you would expect high cuisine , but you could be really surprised. I ordered a hot and sour soup as a starter and a tandoori platter. Both were excellent. Food is served promptly and the tastes were diverse and superb. My wife was also very satisfied with her Special Thali. Good value for money. If only they could dim the hard white lights to give the place some athmosphere.
Came here for my very first meal in Delhi. Was feeling incredibly overwhelmed by this city but was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant. There is a guard at the door. They have a fan which activates anytime the door opens, I assume to keep the dust out. The service was very fast. The food was great and very affordable. We ordered one onion dosa, the dal makani and the aloo gobi with a side of garlic naan. The portions were big! Next time I would order one dosa and only one main course, which would be plenty for two.
Good vegetarian food. The hot and sour soup was good. Chilli paneer was amazing. The chow mein had the perfect taste
