SET UP IN Indhiranagar is good However too much crowded and looks like gvt.hospital where less in management. Everyone have to wait for atleaser 1-2hrs for the each test. Doctors consultation are Good. They have to avoid unnecessary scans to avoid bottle neck which is not necessary itseems. Lot of bottle necks that causes delay.
I would like to sincerely thank Tamilarasi for her wonderful support throughout my eye checkup. She helped me at every step and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her behavior with patients is very kind, polite, and caring. She listens patiently, explains clearly, and always has a calm and friendly attitude. Because of her positive approach, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. She is truly dedicated to her work, and her professionalism and compassion make a big difference. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend her service to others.
I visited this for my mom s retina issues and cataract surgery in both the eyes. We first came here as second opinion and then we finalised to do everything here only. The staffs are really good. We had consulted Dr Prashant(Also he was the surgeon for my mom s case) And Dr Anupama. Both are very good. The pre requisite blood test and other are also done there which is good. Our counselor Ms Sharon was exceptionally sweet and courteous and patient enough to deal with a tensed and tired patient party. Her communication is very good Even at counter 1 staffs sorry I don't recall their names they helped me a lot get through each steps. On the way of surgery the insurance desk person was very nice to everyone despite the early morning hours. and the billing and clearance process he dealt very fast So thank you team for the good work Only suggestion of having a inhouse cafeteria some tea and snacks counter would be good. And some more space to be created - which is not possible practically sometimes in the morning rush hours first floor gets full. and people have to stand. It's just a suggestion. :)
