The Ritz-Carlton, Pune

Exceptionally good. The best hotel in this part of Pune. Service = the highest quality from every staff member in every part of the hotel. A few minor hiccups / delays but really nothing more than you’d expect when dealing with a place this big. A particular thank you to Jui - the duty manager on Saturday 21st when I checked out - who helped me with a seamless transfer to another hotel. An absolute star. Rooms = immaculate, comfortable, well-appointed. Food and drinks = very good. I only had breakfasts and coffee but the selection is amazing, everything is fresh and the live stations are excellent. Very good fresh juices and coffee. Gym = compact but new and immaculately clean. Driver service = polite, smart, friendly, safe, efficient. Everything you could want.

Today we visited Ritz for our anniversary, last year also we visited the same place , to our surprise the quality of food has substantially detoriated, the entire food of buffet other than live counter was cold. We also informed the manager about the same. He took the feedback positively.

If you are visiting Pune this is the first place you should consider to stay. The service is incredible and the staff clearly make the guest their top priority. Rooms are large, beds comfy, walk in closet, huge bathroom. The gym is good enough and large enough for 10 people with room to spare. Huge outdoor patio area with pool. Plenty of food options and it's all high quality food. Wifi works well.
