Whilst I'm a regular customer of HUFT and I do like their products, I'm totally disappointed with the service at the Noida Gulshan store. I requested to get the items gift wrapped and I was told that they dont have the facility. I requested to get it gift wrapped from somewhere else and was willing to pay extra for it still all I got was the excuses. Its Christmas time. I always get a delightful experience at GK2 branch and so there's clearly a difference in Customer Service. I don't think I will ever go back to the Noida HUFT store

Heads up for tails is an amazing pet shop specially Gulshan One29 store. Excellent customer service. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The product quality is consistently good, prices are fair, and the store is kept very clean. I’ve visited multiple times and always had a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable service and great products!
