Fergusson College is one of the most enriching academic spaces in Pune, known not just for its academic legacy but also for the overall environment it offers to students and visitors. The campus itself is a perfect blend of heritage and nature — green, peaceful, and full of positive energy. Walking through the campus genuinely makes you feel motivated to learn and grow. The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive, and the college encourages students to explore academics, research, culture, and extracurricular activities equally. FC College truly gives a well-rounded experience that goes beyond classrooms and textbooks. One of the most wonderful initiatives at Fergusson College is its book fair. The FC book fair is a paradise for book lovers. It offers a huge variety of books ranging from academic textbooks and competitive exam material to novels, non-fiction, self-help, philosophy, and rare titles. The prices are reasonable, making quality reading accessible to students and the general public alike. What makes the book fair special is the atmosphere — calm, curious, and intellectually vibrant. You can see students, teachers, and readers of all ages browsing through books with genuine excitement. The book fair not only promotes reading but also nurtures a culture of knowledge, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

I had been here during the Pune book festival. So meticulously planned with a great eye for details. The sections for authors meet, food stalls & children's activities were very well designed. Facility for washrooms and sitting were very well arranged.

On the 16th of December, I went to the Pune Book Festival 📚✨, which was held at Fergusson College 🏫. People had come from far and wide 🌍, and even Devendra Fadnavis 👤 had attended yesterday. It was such a beautiful sight 😍, and the entry was completely free 🆓. There was heavy security 🚓👮 with lots of police around, and it was a lot of fun 🎉. There were so many books 📖📖 and renowned authors ✍️🌟 present. Writers from various places had their works there, and people from other countries 🌐, as well as from different cities and villages 🏙️🏡, had come. Students 🎓 were also there, and it was a really grand event 🎊✨. So, if you want to visit, you’re welcome to go 👍—it’s completely free of cost 🆓, and you can enjoy it 😄📚!
