Visited Sankalp Signature and had a really nice experience overall. The ambience and location are great — being on the 18th floor gives it a beautiful view and a classy vibe. The service was excellent — special mention to Singh and Jagjit who were very polite and helpful throughout. The food was delicious, though slightly on the expensive side. It’s not completely authentic South Indian — more like South Indian dishes with a nice Indian fusion twist, which works well for most palates. Tried several dishes: Thatte Idli – soft and tasty 👍 Medu Vada with Rasam – flavorful and comforting Podi Masala Dosa – really good Threesome Awesome Dosa – creative and worth trying The quantity is generous, so the pricing feels justified. Overall, a must-try restaurant for anyone who enjoys South Indian food with a twist. Great ambience, service, and taste — definitely recommend! 🌟

Hello there, I am here with my family dinner and you know what, it’s the best place for all the South Indian Lover!! The food, The atmosphere, the ambience and the Service… especially it were provided by Himanshubhai and Himantbhai… they are very Generous and kind. He took care of my Kid a lot! Like He was talking with him and telling him that I Want Ice Cream… he provided with it, he told about Juice and they served it, he asked about Idli and Donuts 🍩 (Vada) instantly the food was here!! I literally Loved it so much 🥰 Thank you Team for all the efforts !

The place has a really nice ambience — clean, modern, and still gives that traditional Sankalp feel. Staff was super warm and welcoming right from the moment we entered. We went all out with food — ordered Dosa Platter, Masala Idli, Corn Cheese Dosa, Podi Idli, Quesadillas, and Karake Spinach Dosa. Everything was served hot and fresh. The Dosa Platter is a must-try — perfect variety for dosa lovers. Podi Idli had that spicy, roasted flavour that hits just right, and Corn Cheese Dosa was crispy, cheesy and loaded. The Karake Spinach Dosa was something new for me — slightly spicy, super flavourful. And yes, the Quesadillas were surprisingly good too — a nice Indian fusion twist that worked! Now the best part — since it was my birthday, the staff actually played birthday music, dimmed the lights a bit, and helped us celebrate with the cake we brought. They even joined in clapping and made it feel personal — such a sweet gesture that really made the moment special 💫 Service was fast, staff was polite and friendly, and the whole vibe felt cheerful. Prices are a bit on the higher side but totally justified for the taste, quality, and the overall experience.
