We paid ₹20,000 as an advance in good faith. However, when we later tried to officially assign the work, we were suddenly informed that the project would not be done for less than ₹1 lakh. This important detail was never clearly communicated beforehand. Another concern is that many of the things discussed verbally are never properly mentioned in writing, including the exact scope of work and what services will actually be provided. Because of this, there is a lack of clarity and transparency. Now we are being told that the advance amount is non-refundable, which feels unfair considering the full terms and pricing were not made clear from the beginning. The behavior is polite and professional on the surface, so people may easily trust the words being said. That is why I would sincerely advise others to make sure every commitment, cost, and deliverable is clearly written and documented before making any payment.Don’t get moved by the reviews like me..They should sincerely work on the commitments made to the clients.Thank you
