Finding the right dentist is so important, especially when you’re dealing with treatments that can feel intimidating. Dr. Sulabhi Shyam is truly amazing—not only extremely skilled but also very calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. She makes sure you’re comfortable and pain-free at every step. I had my RCT and alignment done at Bombay Dental Centre, and the results have been fantastic. The care, precision, and professionalism really stand out. As someone who values a confident smile, I’m so glad I found a dentist I can completely trust. Highly recommend Bombay Dental Centre to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
Worst experience. They first ask for X-rays and a mock-up. Once that is done and fully paid for, they suddenly quote a very high treatment price. For the same treatment and brands, I was offered much better rates at well-known clinics like Dentz and Apollo. When I decided not to proceed with their service and asked for my mock-up back (which I paid for), they refused and said it was “against their policy.” That makes no sense. If a patient pays for a mock-up, it should be given back. It’s my dental mock-up, and I should be able to use it to consult other doctors. I usually don’t post reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. Anyone considering this clinic should be aware of this before proceeding.
