We had another wonderful experience at Lemon Tree Hotel, Banjara Hills. Although we encountered a few minor issues upon arrival, Manager Aditya and his team handled everything professionally and ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant throughout. The hospitality, quality of food, breakfast spread, and courteous staff were truly excellent. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and we sincerely appreciate the efforts of the entire team in making our visit memorable. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family visiting Hyderabad. We are now truly loyal members of the Lemon Tree Hotels family.
Situated at the Banjara Hills by the inner Ring Road, this property of Lemon Tree offers a comfortable stay to the travellers. We have stayed in this hotel for two nights and the experience was nice. The rooms are studio type with one drawing room and one bed room. The room is fantastic with top notch cleanliness, all the basic amenities, nice decorations, enough number of charging points etc. The washroom is wide, neat and clean and contains all the required toiletries. The corridor of the hotel has a shape of a rectangle encircling the central void to haves nice breath taking view of the reception. The service level of the hotel is prompt, staff members are very warm and courteous and professional. They have a small gym but there is no swimming pool or spa or a travel desk here. They have a small restaurant which serves the buffet breakfast. The breakfast spread however is not uptown the mark compared to the other properties of Lemon Tree. They need to enhance the spread with more number of items. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel in Hyderabad.
The hotel’s location is very good, especially since we were visiting AIG Hospital in Banjara Hills, which is close by. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had a bad experience during dinner at the restaurant, but the hotel did not charge us for it, which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was good, and we look forward to improved service in the future.
