Had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay at Taj West End, Bangalore. From the moment we entered the property, it felt like stepping into a peaceful paradise right in the middle of the city. The lush greenery, heritage charm, beautiful pathways and serene atmosphere make this place truly magical. The hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. Every staff member was warm, courteous, attentive and genuinely cared about making our experience comfortable and memorable. The rooms were elegant, spacious, extremely well-maintained and offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The food was another highlight — delicious, beautifully presented and filled with authentic flavors. Every dining experience felt special. The overall ambience of the property is calm, royal, and rejuvenating, making it a perfect getaway for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. What truly sets Taj West End apart is the feeling it gives you — peace, luxury, warmth and timeless charm all together. It’s not just a hotel stay, it’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. I recently stayed at Taj West End, Bengaluru, and unfortunately, my experience at checkout left me very disappointed. During my stay, I accidentally overheated a tea kettle while boiling milk. It was an honest mistake, and the kettle was not completely destroyed. However, I was informed that I had to pay ₹2,500 as a penalty according to hotel policy. Despite explaining the situation, I felt that there was very little understanding or flexibility from the staff. What disappointed me even more was that after charging ₹2,500, the hotel handed over the kettle to me. This left me wondering whether I had come to enjoy a luxury hotel stay or to purchase a kettle. As a regular guest of Taj properties, including Taj hotels in Delhi, Mumbai, and MG Road Bengaluru, I have always experienced warm hospitality, professionalism, and guest-friendly service. Unfortunately, my experience at Taj West End was very different. The issue is not just the amount charged, but the way the situation was handled. Accidents can happen, and I expected a more customer-centric approach from a luxury hotel brand known for its hospitality. I left the property feeling disappointed and upset. I hope the management reviews such policies and focuses on treating loyal guests with more understanding and empathy in situations like these.

Stayed here to celebrate a special occasion of my parents Golden anniversary and by far the best decision. The rooms, the staff, the greenery, the professionalism, the food. Everything was just perfect. Special shout out to Ayushi who helped with a seamless checkin and overseeing the special decoration for the event which was very tastefully done. Ayushi ensured we had a good time throughout our stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!!
